SUMMER AT VOLCANIC ISN’T JUST CAMP SEASON. IT’S PROGRESSION SEASON.
OUR VOLCANIC SUMMER SERIES IS DESIGNED TO MEET CLIMBERS EXACTLY WHERE THEY ARE – WHETHER THEY’RE BRAND NEW, BUILDING CONFIDENCE, OR TRAINING SERIOUSLY FOR TEAM.

CAMP CLIMB IS OUR HIGH-ENERGY SUMMER CLIMBING CAMP FOCUSED ON MOVEMENT, COORDINATION, AND FUN ON THE WALL.
ATHLETES WILL:

• PLAY STRUCTURED MOVEMENT GAMES
• DEVELOP BODY AWARENESS

SKILLS LAB
WEDNESDAYS | 3:30–5:00 PM

$250 | 4 WEEKS (INCLUDES MEMBERSHIP)
SKILLS LAB IS DESIGNED FOR CLIMBERS WITH LITTLE TO MODERATE EXPERIENCE WHO ARE CURIOUS ABOUT TEAM BUT NOT YET READY FOR ADVANCED TRAINING. THIS IS CONFIDENT RECREATIONAL PROGRESSION.
EACH 90-MINUTE SESSION INCLUDES:
• FOUNDATIONAL FOOTWORK AND BALANCE
• BODY POSITIONING (FLAGGING, HEEL HOOKS, MOVEMENT CONTROL)
• INTRO STRENGTH AND CORE TRAINING
• GUIDED PROJECT TIME
• SKILL-BASED COACHING AND FEEDBACK
ATHLETES RECEIVE GYM MEMBERSHIP ACCESS DURING THEIR 4-WEEK SESSION TO PRACTICE OUTSIDE OF CLASS.

BECAUSE THESE ARE STRUCTURED PROGRAMS, WE DO NOT OFFER MAKE-UP SESSIONS. HOWEVER, SKILLS LAB AND CLIMB LAB ATHLETES MAY USE THEIR INCLUDED MEMBERSHIP TIME TO PRACTICE INDEPENDENTLY.
