This summer, Volcanic Rock Gym is offering TWO awesome ways for youth climbers to stay active, build skills, and have a blast on the wall.


Both programs include climbing, coaching, and community—just with different vibes and goals. Choose the path that fits best, and let’s send this summer!

🧗 The Boulder Bunch

For kids who just want to climb, play, and explore their potential.

The Boulder Bunch is all about summer fun on the wall. Each session is packed with creative games, movement challenges, and tons of climbing. Whether your child is brand new or has some climbing experience, they’ll stay active, make friends, and build confidence one hold at a time.

Ages: 8–18
Flexible Options: 4-week or 8-week sessions
Meets: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00–6:00 PM
Includes: Gym membership, rentals, and a laid-back, all-levels approach

🔥 The Crux Club

For climbers to train like a team and crush like competitors.


This 8-week summer training program is built for climbers who want to take things to the next level. We combine strength, technique, and conditioning with a team vibe that keeps it fun and focused. Expect drills, challenges, off-the-wall workouts, and a real sense of progress. Whether they’re aiming for the comp team or just hungry to improve, Crux Club kids climb with purpose.

Ages: 10–18
Meets: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:00–6:00 PM
Includes: Full gym access, structured coaching, and a mini celebration at the end!
